Directions | Hollow out Patty Pan with grapefruit knife or spoon
Reserving flesh Pesto Process walnuts, pine nuts, garlic, squash flesh and lemon juice in food processor until well combined pulse chop in parsley. Stuff the squash with pesto and either place in a dehydrator at 115 degrees for 45 minutes or bake in a slow oven until tender. Serve topped with lemon cucumber sauce, chives and shredded lemon basil Lemon Cucumber Sauce Blend cucumber, lemon, dates and pepper until smooth. |
