Crustless Zucchini Quiche
| Description | This no fail recipe is perfect each time. It freezes great. A wonderful way to use up extra zucchini. |

| Directions | Beat eggs. Add everything else and mix. Grease and sprinkle corn meal into a 9" pie pan. Pour in mixture and bake for 45-50 min at 350 degrees.
Freeze after baking. Defrosts well in refrigerator and heats up in microwave. |
